Qualifications

• Entry level; ~1 year in customer service, timekeeping, payroll support, or related admin role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail when entering and reviewing data
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet SLAs
• Confidentiality around employee information and data protection
• Willingness to learn complex timekeeping rules and processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as first‑line contact for employee timekeeping questions
• Manage and resolve inquiries via ServiceNow Case System
• Research and troubleshoot timekeeping issues with HR, Payroll or management
• Communicate resolutions and next steps professionally to employees
• Perform accurate data entry of timekeeping information and schedule changes
• Review timekeeping entries for completeness and accuracy and follow up on discrepancies
• Process and review weekly audit reports to identify discrepancies
• Assist in documenting recurring issues for process improvement
• Ensure timecard changes comply with approvals and documentation
• Provide ad hoc support to Payroll and Timekeeping team and participate in training
