Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to support the FAA facility in Oklahoma City, overseeing ATC simulation training equipment in the lab, performing installation and maintenance of software and hardware.

The role is full-time with on-call after hours and weekends; travel 10-15%. Candidates must meet FAA security requirements and have 2+ years' experience with Windows, HyperDeck, and security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Analytical and evaluative thinking to assess information and plan actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Public Trust clearance eligibility (US citizen or permanent resident).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SCORE workstation hardware and Windows 11.
• Administer local accounts, RBAC, policies, and backups while maintaining least-privilege.
• Apply OS patches and firmware in isolated environment in accordance with FAA security requirements.
• Monitor storage, logs, and HyperDeck hardware status for failures or issues.
• Collaborate with FAA personnel to resolve system, hardware, software, and network issues.
