Job summary

Rivkin-Radler-LL is seeking a qualified helpdesk technician to support end users in a fast-paced Uniondale, NY environment. You will handle hardware and software issues, deployment/imaging, user configurations, onboarding/offboarding, equipment moves, mobile device support and AV setup for conference rooms.

We require 3+ years of Windows 11/Office 365 experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with hardware/software support, imaging, and user configurations.
• Experience with legal/document management or financial/review platforms is a plus.
• IT degree or related certifications preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to deal with and respond to end user technical problems and follow through to resolution.
• Hardware and software support, deployment/imaging, user configurations, onboarding/offboarding, equipment moves and installations, mobile device support, and AV setup in conference rooms.
• Participate in internal projects as assigned.
