Onward Search is assisting a leading healthcare organization in recruiting a Customer Support Specialist for a temporary, hybrid role in Plymouth County, MA. You will handle plan-related inquiries, support clients in understanding health plans, and use Excel to calculate client savings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong Excel skills (formulas), and experience with high-volume account management, with excellent communication and a willingness to learn about health

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in health insurance or professional services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula writing.
• Experience with high client volume and account management.
• Willingness to learn various health insurance plans.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to plan changes and inquiries.
• Respond promptly and manage high-volume client communications.
• Use Excel to create formulas that determine client savings.
• Assist clients in understanding HMO and PPO plan options.
• Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups.
