Job summary

Star Pediatric Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead our Staffing Coordinators, optimize nurse capacity, and strengthen coverage across three NJ offices. This hybrid role requires travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook and reports to the VP of Nursing Operations.

You will build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs, partner with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Clinical Leadership, and implement scalable

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of people management experience in healthcare.
Experience leading teams with performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Strong analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to optimize staffing, reduce gaps, and improve utilization.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize utilization.
Analyze staffing, workforce, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations.
Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to boost productivity and scalability.
Establish accountability measures and performance standards for staffing operations.
Optimize workflows, technology utilization, and workforce management practices.
Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement action plans to improve coverage and utilization.
Support strategic initiatives related to growth, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
