Qualifications

• Experience supporting software applications in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, research solutions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support ticketing system.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software application issues for healthcare customers.
• Guide users through system functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide clear written and verbal instructions to help customers effectively use the application.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product Development, and Project teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Document customer interactions, issue resolution steps, and follow-up activities in the support system.
• Assist with testing software updates, enhancements, and new features prior to release.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and FAQs.
• Identify trends in customer questions and recommend improvements to processes, training materials, or product functionality.
• Stay current on product enhancements, healthcare industry workflows, and system best practices to provide informed customer support.
• Participate in customer training and onboarding activities as needed.
