UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership for planning, directing, and coordinating capital and facilities initiatives. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week to support university hospitals and ambulatory services.

• Education requirement as listed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of project planning and analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership framework for planning, directing, coordinating, and improving projects.
• Handoffs from Health System Planning team for approved and funded projects.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives, budgets, and business plans for the service-line.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Support Six Sigma/Lean/process improvement projects and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to patient and customer satisfaction.
