Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Facilities Project Manager to lead capital facility projects supporting patient care, research, education and operations. You will collaborate with clinical users, consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure scope, budget, schedule, quality and compliance meet institutional standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of healthcare design and pre-construction experience, with strong planning, risk management, and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management/construction management experience required.
• 5+ years preferred; healthcare design and pre-construction in academic healthcare or research setting ideal.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned capital facility projects with scope, budget, schedule, and contract compliance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and financial/status reports.
