Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 4 years of project management/construction experience.
• Experience in hospital, academic university systems, and/or research facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, budgets, change orders, schedule, and contracts for projects from $50K to $25M.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Report progress to executive leadership and manage contractor and vendor performance.
