You will work with the IT Specialist to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with equipment setup, remote support, and safeguard patient information across our offices in Maryland, Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads regions.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows OS.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to assist non-technical employees.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist with equipment setup and maintenance across multiple office locations.
• Offer remote support and on-site assistance as needed.
• Maintain records of IT equipment and access credentials.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient information.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes and system access changes.
