Move Vertical is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical assistance to clinical and administrative staff across our health facilities. The role encompasses hardware, software, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, service-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable assisting users with varying levels of technical experience. Occasional travel between nearby sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 IT support to healthcare staff.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and replace IT equipment; document steps in tickets.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account setup.
• Maintain accurate asset records and follow HIPAA procedures.
