Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Perform data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing and end-user support.
• Participate in application deployment and maintain procedure documentation.
• Ensure software builds meet organizational goals and HIPAA/Meaningful Use mandates.
• Under supervision, may coordinate medium-sized projects with medium budgets and potential system-wide impact.
