Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst – Associate for a remote role requiring residency in KY or IN. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot software, hardware, and networks for all BHS entities and guide users through template-driven solutions.

You will escalate issues per guidelines and communicate clearly in a professional manner. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience in technology/healthcare support, with preferred healthcare customer service

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year of job-related experience or two years of direct experience in a technology or healthcare support role in lieu of degree.
• Prior healthcare support or healthcare customer support position preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working in a customer service role preferred.
