Job summary

The University of Michigan Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) Radiology IT and Clinical Enterprise Imaging Team seeks an Imaging Applications Analyst to administer and support PACS and related imaging systems. You will collaborate with clinical, technical, research, and vendor teams to resolve issues and support workflow improvements.

The role emphasizes day-to-day application support, system upgrades, and ensuring imaging applications meet user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of IT-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the utilization of Clinical Enterprise Imaging applications.
• Perform day-to-day applications support for PACS and related imaging systems.
• Gather and analyze user needs for developing/modifying clinical workflows for imaging data and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, research, and vendor teams to resolve issues and support workflow improvements.
• Provide on-call support as required.
