Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Michigan Medicine operations and enterprise applications.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support implementation and ongoing enhancements of enterprise applications.
• Provide end-user training and create training materials.
• Assist in testing activities and issue resolution.
