Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis, application support, systems analysis, IT, or related field.
• Experience analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting technology solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Michigan Medicine operations and enterprise apps.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future business processes and workflows through interviews and workshops.
• Support configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and assist technical teams in development.
• Contribute to application enhancements and process improvements.
• Support testing activities and ensure quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain product and process documentation and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and promote effective adoption of enterprise apps.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
