MyMichigan Health is seeking an Application Analyst I to support and optimize clinical and back-office software applications in a healthcare setting.

You will work with IT leadership and end users to document requirements, test new features, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with policies and procedures. Travel between MyMichigan locations may be required. The role emphasizes effective communication, timely incident resolution, and ongoing learning through Epic certifications.

Competenze

• Epic certifications demonstrate expertise in specific applications.
• Healthcare IT/IT experience preferred.
• 1+ year healthcare or Healthcare IT work experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete Epic Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
