The University of Michigan Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) is seeking a Senior/Intermediate Business Systems Analyst to partner with business leaders, manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, and drive technology solutions across Michigan Medicine.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Understand Michigan Medicine operations, enterprise apps, and how tech enables success.
Partner with leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
Analyze current and future business processes and user needs through workshops and interviews.
