Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking an experienced account leader to serve as the primary relationship and service lead for large employer health insurance accounts. You will build strong client partnerships, ensure retention, and act as the customer advocate to deliver a high-quality client and member experience.

Formación

• 7+ years of related sales professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Overnight travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary relationship and service lead for large employer health insurance accounts, building strong client partnerships and delivering high-quality client and member experiences.
• Manage account operations, implementations, and ongoing performance, coordinating across claims, enrollment, billing, IT, and other internal teams to ensure smooth renewals and readiness for new plan years.
• Analyze account performance and drive business results, monitor financials, report trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support growth initiatives.
