Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks a dedicated Client Services professional to retain and grow our health plan client base. You will support renewals, coordinate client communications, and deliver strategic solutions with brokers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel overnight. Hybrid work design with onsite collaboration aligns with our flexible, client-focused culture.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of related sales professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Overnight travel as required.
• Experience supporting a sales team in healthcare or insurance.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary account contact for fully insured and self-funded health plan clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Coordinate renewals, client projects, communications, reporting, and internal resources to support ongoing account management and deliver strategic solutions for customers.
• Develop and present client-facing materials, educational events, enrollment meetings, wellness initiatives, and required plan documentation while providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
• Mentor new Account Advisors.
