Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager of Utilization Management to lead the Operations Technical Services function. The role involves executing strategic plans, directing data/reporting initiatives, and managing a team delivering BI insights to support member-focused health care delivery.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in office across multiple U.S. offices and requires strong leadership, analytics and collaboration across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, math, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, including 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple locations and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of reports, dashboards, extracts, data marts, small applications, and testing processes.
• Manage a team of business/data analysts and programmer analysts to deliver operational solutions and BI.
• Collaborate with business owners and IT to meet the division's data and information needs.
