Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager Utilization Management to lead Operations Technical Services and drive data-driven decisions across clinical and operational teams. The role manages reports, dashboards, data extracts, and BI solutions to support a person-focused health care experience.

You will guide a multi-location team of analysts and collaborate with IT and business units to meet data needs, ensuring quality and compliant data use in a rapidly changing health care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, including minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience, or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development of reports, dashboards, extracts, data marts, small applications, and testing processes to support Operational activities.
• Manages a team of business/data analysts, and programmer analysts to deliver operational solutions and actionable business intelligence.
• Works across various business owners and IT areas to craft solutions to meet the division's data and information needs
