Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager Utilization Management to lead the Operations Technical Services team in delivering data-driven insights and operational solutions across the organization. This hybrid role supports multiple offices and remote collaboration to optimize utilization management processes.

You will oversee reporting, dashboards, data marts, and testing, while guiding a team of analysts and programmers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, including minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience, or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the development of reports, dashboards, extracts, data marts, small applications, and testing processes to support Operational activities.
• Manage a team of business/data analysts and programmer analysts to deliver operational solutions and actionable business intelligence.
• Collaborate with various business owners and IT areas to craft solutions meeting the division's data and information needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and define deliverables for large scale projects.
