Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager Utilization Management to lead the Operations Technical Services function with a focus on data, reporting, and BI across multiple locations. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and collaboration with business and IT partners to deliver actionable insights for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related professional experience, including minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience, or equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience.
• Experience within Health Insurance Operational service areas (Customer Service, Claims, Membership, Provider Operations) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Operations Technical Services team across multiple locations, delivering operational BI solutions.
• Oversee the development of reports, dashboards, extracts, data marts, small applications, and testing processes to support operational activities.
• Collaborate with business owners and IT to craft data solutions that meet the division's information needs and drive business value.
