The candidate should hold a BA/BS with at least 3 years’ experience in business operations or customer relationships, and may require a sales license. Hybrid work is expected in California.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationships.
• Sales license may be required.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
• Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
• Makes routine account visits; coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
