Elevance Health is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to support plan benefit design and resolve complex claims, enrollment issues, and related operations. The role involves client visits, open enrollment coordination, and on-site facility interactions to ensure seamless benefits delivery.

The candidate should hold a BA/BS with at least 3 years’ experience in business operations or customer relationships, and may require a sales license. Hybrid work is expected in California.

Hybrid 1:

Minimum Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license may be required. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences

• Health insurance or employee benefits experience preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred.
• Virtual presentation and client communication experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $66,528 to $99,792
