Job summary

Standard Bots is seeking a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of hardware products—from concept through manufacturing ramp, launch, and field stabilization. You’ll coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and GTM teams, holding leaders to schedule, scope, and quality.

This role reports to the VP of Operations and requires strong executive communication, risk management, and the ability to manage a live program across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in technical program management owning hardware lifecycles end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate status into clear narratives.
• Proactive risk mindset with mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware program from concept to field stabilization.
• Maintain integrated program plan across hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and ensure on-time milestones.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level program reviews.
• Track budget and resource allocation; escalate when needed.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and field stabilization programs.
