Job summary

Tin Can is building a hardware-centric platform to connect families with real conversations. We are seeking a Hardware Program Manager to own end-to-end program management from concept through mass production and customer delivery.

You’ll coordinate design, software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, legal, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and fulfillment to ship on time while maintaining clear documentation and tracking progress for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM for hardware or consumer devices.
• Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• Strong PM software experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Calm, organized under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master program timelines across design, software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, legal, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and fulfillment milestones.
• Run cadence: status meetings, cross-functional syncs, executive updates.
• Spot dependencies and risks early and drive resolution across teams.
• Own the critical path from POC through mass production and launch readiness with marketing and fulfillment.
• Manage packaging development timelines alongside hardware to ensure on-time shipping.
• Translate ambiguity into clear, dated, owned plans.
