Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of hardware operations, manufacturing engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven track record delivering products in Consumer Electronics OR a Complex Physical Industry (Automotive/Autonomous Vehicles, Heavy Trucking, Defense, Construction, Mining, or Agricultural Robotics/Equipment).
• Direct experience with hardware validation lifecycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and high-reliability electronics assembly.
• Supplier & Factory Operations: Hands-on experience with Tier-1 suppliers and global contract manufacturers.
• Proficiency in PLM, ERP, and project tracking tools (e.g., Agile, Arena, Windchill; SAP/NetSuite; JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational execution for complex physical hardware systems across CM and suppliers.
• Manage build schedules, CTB tracking, and milestone gates (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT).
• Balance rapid lifecycle milestones with safety, compliance, and field-durability demands.
• Oversee BOM risk management, identify long-lead parts, and manage tooling budgets.
• Lead factory line bring-ups, yield tracking, and CAPA for field/test issues.
• Manage ECOs and running changes to minimize scrap and disruption.
