Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Staff Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution for next-generation hardware platforms. You will own the full hardware product development lifecycle from concept to GA, coordinating engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality systems.

You will manage the integrated master schedule, mitigate risks, lead design reviews, and align with NPI, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure scalable, repeatable delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in hardware product development.
• Experience leading hardware products from concept to volume production/GA.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (ME, EE, FW, SW, Ops).

Responsibilities

• Own integrated execution planning across hardware development stages (Concept to GA).
• Define and manage the integrated master schedule and critical path for HW/firmware release streams.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and mitigations; drive trade-offs to keep programs on track.
• Collaborate with CM vendors, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing for successful builds.
