raydar is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead marketing for a fast-growing legal services company in San Francisco. You will own growth initiatives, build a brand, and drive the funnel from awareness to qualified sales conversations.

You’ll manage content, social channels, events, and community programs, with hybrid work arrangements. You’ll work independently with creative latitude, be comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows, and own CRM-driven metrics from leads to booked meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of growth marketing experience in a B2B setting.
• Proven ability to build a brand and audience through social and online channels.
• Strong content creation skills and autonomous work style.
• Experience owning a CRM and tracking conversions to booked meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth initiatives to steadily increase qualified sales meetings.
• Create content and manage social channels to shape brand voice.
• Build community, events, referrals, and search visibility; optimize for AI-driven search.
