Job summary

Rnb Consultancy, a seed-stage legal-tech startup in San Francisco, seeks a hands-on Growth & Brand Lead to own voice, content and demand generation. You’ll build the brand from scratch, manage social across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News and launch channels, and run creative growth plays to lift demos from 20 to 50+ per month.

You’ll work on-site most weekdays in a hybrid SF office, report directly to founders, and receive 0.1–0.5% equity plus a base salary of 130k–170k USD per year.

Qualifications

• B2B growth marketing experience, ideally with startups
• Led brand, content and demand generation solo with no playbook
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Able to work from the San Francisco office on most weekdays, 9–5

Responsibilities

• Own the brand, voice and creative look across channels
• Manage content and social across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and launch channels
• Develop growth plays: events, gifting, referrals, SEO and AEO
• Own CRM and conversion tracking with AI/automation to scale
• Grow qualified demos from ~20 to 50+ per month
