You will turn insights into strategic recommendations and work to elevate analytics as a core driver of business decisions, with a focus on lifecycle behavior and incremental growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer, digital, or marketing analytics.
• Experience in consumer-facing environments such as QSR, retail, or ecommerce.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics strategy for customer insights and growth.
• Own measurement framework across digital, CRM, and marketing channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Technology to drive data-driven growth.
• Build scalable dashboards and a single source of truth for metrics.
