Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in ecommerce, digital product, or related roles.
• Experience with app, web, loyalty enrollment, or high-frequency digital platforms.
• Translate goals and insights into clear briefs and metrics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the business-side digital opportunity pipeline across app, web, and kiosk.
• Lead digital merchandising and conversion optimization.
• Translate opportunities into briefs and launch plans with teams.
• Measure outcomes with post-launch readouts and learnings.
