The DREAM Program, Inc. is seeking a Grant & Project Manager to advance strategies across Vermont, PA, MA, and other locations. You will manage the grant lifecycle, pursue new funding, and coordinate across teams to align development priorities with organizational goals.

This role emphasizes strategic writing, donor stewardship, and project leadership in a mission-driven, hybrid workplace with regional travel expectations. Strong collaboration across departments and regions is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–7+ years in grant writing, development, nonprofit fundraising, project management, or related field.
• Demonstrated success securing or supporting grants.
• Experience with federal grant programs and compliance preferred.
• Strong project management across deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and grants management tools.
• Nonprofit, youth-serving, multi-site experience preferred.

• Write, edit, and coordinate grant proposals, letters of inquiry, applications, and reports.
• Manage grants pipeline to support revenue goals and long-term planning.

• Oversee grant lifecycle from pre-award to closeout and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with grant terms, including federal requirements.
