DREAM’s Advancement team seeks a Manager of Institutional Giving to lead a $7M grants portfolio and partner with data, finance, and program staff to advance education equity. This role emphasizes strategic grant writing, donor engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with senior leadership and co-CEOs to expand private philanthropy and strengthen relationships with foundations, corporations, and individuals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years grant writing experience and proven track record of securing institutional gifts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with NY philanthropic sector in education or youth development is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications, ability to tailor materials to audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a $7M institutional grants portfolio and drive strategic grant writing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline grant operations and track deliverables.
• Identify and research funding prospects monthly and present recommendations.
• Develop donor briefs, meeting strategy, and funder research for leadership.
• Plan donor visits, tours, and events to demonstrate impact of philanthropy.
• Maintain grant calendar and ensure timely submissions and reporting.
• Collaborate across Advancement, Communications, Data, and Finance teams.
