Job summary

Mott Philanthropic, based in downtown Boston, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a small team with grantmaking and portfolio management. The role requires coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and performing research in fiscal and tax policy, civic engagement, and related areas.

The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule; two in-office days (Tue/Wed) and flexible remote options other days. Salary ranges $60,000–$75,000 with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support program team logistics and meetings.

• Maintain records, budgets, and vendor coordination for meetings and events.
