Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training.
• Student services and administrative experience in higher education setting.
• Experience interpreting and applying policies related to graduate academic programs, admissions and progress.
• Ability to solve problems and develop solutions independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for complex projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle confidential issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage two graduate programs (Masters and PhD) in Education.
• Provide academic advising, admissions support, and policy interpretation.
• Oversee financial management and work-study administration.
• Develop and deliver technology-enabled advising and enrollment processes.
• Recruitment, outreach, and program enhancement; monitor student progress.
