Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in advising/counseling in higher education or medical education.
• Experience managing events and programs with budgeting awareness.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in teams.
• Familiarity with student management systems and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of policies within School of Medicine and University settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and program management for the Student Development unit.
• Provide educational and climate support and coordinate student programs.
• Supervise full-time staff and assist the Director and Associate Dean.
