Job summary

UC Davis invites applications for a Student Services Advisor role to manage two graduate programs in the School of Education, overseeing academic advising, admissions, enrollment, and program development. This role blends administrative leadership with proactive student support and policy interpretation.

Under the supervision of the GGE chair, the advisor will coordinate financial awards, administer work-study, perform program reviews, and leverage technology to enhance advising and recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience and training.
• Experience in student services and administration in higher education.
• Experience interpreting and applying policies for graduate programs, admissions, progress, financial aid, recruitment, and procedures.
• Ability to solve problems and develop independent solutions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for managing complex projects.
