Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks a coordinator to manage the GME software application and placement of students, residents, and authorized visitors across the system. You will ensure rotations are entered in the GME system and support clinical education initiatives.

The role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and collaboration with multiple departments to advance medical education across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical field.
• Understanding of accreditation standards (ACGME, Joint Commission, CMS) related to medical education.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Two years’ customer service experience and experience with software database applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against unauthorized damage or disclosure.
• Oversee use, selection, and acquisition of software/modules and train users.
• Build reports and queries for Administration and management with tailored outputs.
• Coordinate student/resident placement and maintain affiliation agreements across the system.
• Support CME and Medical Library resources and assist with literature retrieval.
