Management of the GME software application to house all student, resident, shadow and authorized visitor sensitive and non-sensitive information. Responsible for placement of all clinical rotations within the healthcare system. Support St. Elizabeth Healthcare’s goal of increasing clinical rotations across the system and becoming a top community teaching facility. Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical field Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of, or ability to quickly grasp accreditation standards such as ACGME, Joint Commission and CMS related to medical students, APP Students, residents, and Medical Staff education (CME). Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with a database. Ability to multi-task and set priorities. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Kind and Length of Experience: Two years’ customer service experience and prior experience working with software database applications.
