Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management in Cleveland seeks an Administrative Coordinator for GME programs to support residency and fellowship activities under the Program Director. You will assist with scheduling, event planning, and tracking program needs.

You will coordinate Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher functions, assist with the House Staff Budget, and interface with legal, HR and other offices.

Responsibilities

• Assists, tracks, and organizes residency or fellowship administrative activities under the Program Director.
• Provides calendaring, meeting scheduling, and event planning support for the Program Director.
• Coordinates Medical Student Rotations and Resident as Teacher functions.
• Assists with House Staff Budget.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of GME interface with legal, HR and other offices.
• Applies assessment concepts to curriculum development.
• Facilitates data analysis for continuous improvement.
• Designs and tracks faculty development with the program director.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Refer to department documentation during orientation for specific duties.
• Adheres to PHI requirements; annual training and UH policies apply.
