IREX in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Coordinator to help deliver high-quality, mission-driven programs within the Global Impact Hub. You will coordinate program operations, participant engagement, training, events, travel, data management, communications, and reporting, taking ownership of recurring workstreams.

This role requires in-person work at least two days per week, with a Wednesday in-office, under our Flexible Work Policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of work experience in exchange, alumni, professional training, leadership development, entrepreneurship, or private sector engagement programs.
Interest or familiarity with developing and maintaining partnerships with private sector organizations, small and medium-sized businesses, universities, accelerators, chambers of commerce, or entrepreneurship support organizations.

Responsabilités

Coordinate recurring program workflows, calendars, records, shared platforms, and inboxes.
Support pre-departure orientation and training through Canvas or a comparable LMS, including enrollment, materials, participant tracking, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings and logistics for participants, maintain documentation, and flag risks and follow-up needs.
Coordinate logistics for events and support program reporting, monitoring, and learning activities.
