IREX in Washington, DC seeks a Program Coordinator to help deliver mission-driven programs within the Global Impact Hub. You will coordinate operations, travel, training, events, data management, and reporting, taking ownership of recurring workstreams and maintaining compliant, participant-centered processes.

This role requires in-person work at least two days per week, per policy, with opportunities to collaborate across US-based and international activities, and to support growth,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of work experience in related programs.
• Experience developing partnerships with private sector organizations.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate program workflows, travel logistics, and participant tracking.
• Engage participants and partners, manage communications and follow-ups.
• Handle financial admin, procurement, and vendor documentation.
• Plan in-person and virtual events and monitor compliance.
• Support proposal development and growth initiatives.
