Job summary

IREX is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Global Impact Hub initiatives in Washington, DC, with in-person work required at least two days per week. You will coordinate program operations, engage participants and partners, manage data and reporting, and assist with travel arrangements and procurement for U.S.-based and international activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of work experience with exchange, alumni, professional training, leadership development, entrepreneurship, or private sector engagement programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring program workflows, calendars, records, and inboxes.
• Support pre-departure orientation and training via Canvas or similar LMS.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel booking and logistics for YLAI participants.
• Maintain documentation and flag risks, delays, and follow-up needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for participants and stakeholders.
• Support partner recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor documentation, and financial administration tasks.
• Assist with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure alignment with program goals.
