IREX in Washington, DC seeks Program Coordinators to support donor-funded initiatives within the Global Impact Hub. The role coordinates program operations, travel, participant engagement, data management, and reporting, with in-person work at least two days per week.

You'll manage calendars, LMS activities through Canvas, and collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, participant-centered delivery of complex U.S. and international programs.

Competenze

• 2+ years of relevant experience in international education, exchange programming, higher education, nonprofit program delivery, or U.S. government-funded programs.

Mansioni

• Coordinate recurring program workflows, calendars, records, and LMS activities.
• Engage participants, mentors, alumni, and stakeholders; support recruitment and selection.
• Manage travel logistics, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Contribute to proposal development and growth initiatives.
