Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Project Management or Learning & Development.
• Experience in Car Rental, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• CPTD, ATD, and/or Executive Coaching Certification preferred.
• Strong executive presence and communication; solid project management and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and assessment abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to plan ahead, organize events, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and ensure training delivery (New Hire and Ongoing).
• Design and deliver strategic learning programs aligned to business priorities.
• Create board readiness programs and executive education opportunities.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess development needs and design learning strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support revenue growth and business demands.
• Conduct gaps & needs analysis and post-training assessment initiatives.
• Lead performance and compliance-to-plan reviews and ROI validation.
• Develop and edit basic training content in Articulate Storyline.
