Imagine Learning is hiring a Project Manager in Bengaluru to manage Curriculum Development projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with UK and US teams and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes within a hybrid work model.

Requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 3+ years of PM experience; PMI-ACP/PMP preferred. Strong communication, analytics, and vendor management are essential in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years PM experience.
• PMI-ACP or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Experience in educational publishing or digital/video workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to close, including resourcing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Translate goals into deliverable workstreams with timelines and capacity estimates.
• Manage priorities and dependencies across workstreams to stay on track.
• Identify and engage vendors or external resources as needed.
• Ensure milestones and outputs meet scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain visibility of project status and risks; escalate decisions when needed.
• Identify and monitor risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Create and store all project documentation with version control.
• Ensure goals, scope, and value are understood by teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a connection point between Curriculum Dev and other departments.
• Use data and stakeholder input to inform decisions and assess health.
• Adapt plans over lifecycle to align with wider priorities.
• Investigate and contribute to AI, data-driven PM, governance.
