Job summary

The role covers coordinating internal and external meetings, managing registrations, and ensuring timely partner communications. A Bachelor’s degree and 0-2+ years in event planning are preferred; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; equivalent work experience.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• 0-2+ years in meeting planning or hospitality.
• Experience with virtual event platforms; Cvent or similar is a plus.
• Attention to detail; calm under pressure with strong time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate speakers and program content for global events.
• Assist with venue research, catering and AV; provide on-site support.
• Liaise between Investment and Distribution teams on meeting communications.
• Update speaker management data; assist with registration sites and related workflows.
• Provide timely, professional responses to partner requests; build trusted relationships.
• Perform other event administrative duties as required.
